FABRIC!!!

Howdy ya'll!
Man~I know it's been awhile since my last post, I told you I'm a Blog Slacker...lol...
Sooooooo, I went to Quilt Market again this year in Houston. For those who don't know what Quilt Market is: it is a GIANT vendor trade show where you can see and place orders for all the wonderful new fabrics and gadgets to sew & quilt with. It is SUCH a blast because you get to see all the newest fabrics before they hot the shelves---and you tould not BELIEVE all the awesome fabrics that will be coming out!!! Being at Market is like being a kid in a severely overstocked candy store (especially for those of us who are addicted to fabric)!
Like the space cadet I am, I forgot to bring my camera (Booooo!) which really bites because I wanted to take pictures of some of the awesome booths this year to post here on my blog! I got to meet fabric designers Paula Prass and Patty Young and they had the coolest booths in the Michael Miller section! I also got to chat again with Nancy Zieman and Anna Marie H. who I had met previously--it is such a thrill to get to meet the fabulous ladies who design all of these wonderful fabrics and products!
This was my 2nd time at Market and as fun as it is, it is really overwhelming! There is so much ground to cover, so much to see and so many decisions to make! I had a plan b4 I got there on what I was going to get for my fabric shop and that plan went out the window because there were so many new and awesome fabrics to choose from. The new bolts should be arriving in the next few weeks through the end of the year--so be on the lookout for them in my fabric shop! I know you will love all of the cool designs! Yippee!!! I already can't wait for Spring Quilt Market and I promise that I will not forget my camera for that one!
I'll fill you in more later on my fabulous Quilt Market Adventure! :)

I think it's safe to say that if my life depended on me blogging.....I'd be in deeeeeeeep trouble--lol--
I am soooooo ridiculously busy...between the original Hypernoodle shop, the fabric shop, my real job and my family, I don't have time to do much of anything else! I am in the process of trying to find a happy medium between it all--it is a slow process. Having a good idea of where you want to go is really quite a release...now it's all about getting there! :)
Well, the good news is I finally finished the new wallet and have a couple of them listed in my Etsy shop! Yaaaayyy--now with that tackled, I have 2 new bag designs for fall--I'm so excited abou them! The design process is usually very lengthy for me, but these came to me rather quickly a mere 4 weeks ago and are moving along quite rapidly! Surprising! Especially since I have been working on like 6 other designs and they just went on the back burner when these popped in my head--lol--I have had an amazing streak of creativity lately so I'm just going to roll with it! Yaaaaaayyyyy!

On another note, I'm really glad it's almost Fall, I looooove it when the seasons change! The obvious things come about like a change of weather and temperature--but to me...it means a whole bunch of new fabric lines--color schemes and textured fabrics! Wheeeeeee!.....lol......my name is Michelle and I am a Fabricholic......("Hi Michelle")...
I am looking so forward to going to Quilt Market this year, it is only about 6 weeks away! Yippee!! I'm going to try to not go too crazy because I've got a bunch of fabric bolts on backorder with Michael Miller for the FabricNoodle shop too--hopefully they will start coming in soon--if they're not here before Quilt Market, I may end up getting bigger eyes than I need to while I'm there....oh well...there is no such thing as too much fabric!
Check out the new listings in my shop--there will be more fabric in the FabricNoodle shop soon (as soon as Michael Miller ships my bolts!) and as usual, I am work, work, working on more purses n'stuff for Hypernoodle!

Country Rooooooaad, take me Hoooooommme to the plaaaaace, I beeeelllooonnnngggg...

I am such a BAD blogger--MAN! See why I told you I can't twitter?!?

I do have a semi-reasonable excuse though...I moved from Texas to Colorado and am just settling in back home here in Colorado. So much has changed, it's crazy--but there is no place like home!..only 1 problem though...I really, REALLY miss Texas (*sigh*) what's a girl to do? (woe is me, Mr. Froggy!!!!)
I am trying to get re-adjusted, but it hasn't been that easy...I never in a million years thought I'd miss Texas after I left--I was wrong...que cera! This doesn't surprise me because all my life I've had "wanderlust" wanting to move around all over the Country and the World. Honestly, if I could have my way, I'd move to the U.K--(I am a British wannabe...more on that later) not permanently but if I was a kazillionaire, I'd live there like 6 months out of the year and live in the U.S the other half....ohhhhh starry eyed wanderlust--when will you leave me alone???? LOL
Anyhoo--don't be surprised if I'm moving again in a year! LOL

Sooooo, I re-opened my Etsy shops (purses & fabric) and got some new listings in the purse shop! Yaaay! I am working on a large fabric order to expand the selection in the FabricNoodle shop so be on the lookout for that!
I'm working on some more new purse listings as well--I have 1 new design I'm working out right now --it is a zippered closure version of the Lil Ms Sassy bag.--I'm working out all the kinks and hope to have it done by this weekend! I've put the new wallet design on the back burner for now because the current one I'm making is so popular! I already have 3 wallet custom orders since I re-opened shop a couple of days ago! I'm going to hold off on the other new designs until the Fall so that I can concentrate on getting more listings in my purse shop and more fabric in the fabric shop!
So glad to be back and running!!!!!

xoxo

Overload...cannot compute....

My "Hypernoodle" is on overload with new designs. I have so many floating around in my head and sketched, it's unbelievable!
There are so many new and different things I want to do & try--the new wallet design is almost complete--although I probably won't get to even finishing the prototype until after the move. I also have a clutch--another zippered bag, a LARGE bag, another small one, a round pouch, a hobo, a tote and a convertible backpack style bag as well. There are so many --I don't know how many will actually come to fruition within a reasonable time but they are all up there in my "Hypernoodle" and will make it eventually!
I recently made a custom wristlet for a wonderful customer that was a mix of my convertible wristlet/a key fob and my wristlet pouch. It was so much fun to do! I actually loved the result and want to make some more of those too!
I have been looking into using some new materials as well. I love my cotton prints--will never stop using those! But last fall, I got addicted to suede and corduroy...I love texture and they come in so many great colors now! I like mixing other fabrics with the cotton prints--gives dimension and interest! Even though I love mu cotton prints, I want to do some more solid colored bags too--no worries though--the inside lining will still be a print--I still have to have them somewhere!
So be on the lookout for new things later this summer and of course in the fall! If you have any comments on things you'd like to see, or which ones you'd prefer to see sooner rather than later (lol) please feel free to send me an e-mail hypernoodle1@gmail.com
I always like to hear from you all! :)

Bad Blogger!!! BAD!!

I know....I have been a "bad blogger"--lol--I have already slapped myself on the wrist to chastise myself--so no worries! hee hee hee
I have been sooooooooo incredibly busy, it is insane! I had a boatload of custom orders and the fabric shop is sailing along way beyond my expectations! I haven't even logged into my Artfire shop in forever! :( BAD! I honestly welcome it though--it is such an incredible honor to make bags, wallets and wristlets for all of you-I wouldn't want to be doing anything else. It brings me such happiness to be able to share my creative vision with everyone! I appreciate so very much the way you have accepted me and shown the love with your open arms into my "Hypernoodle" world! Thanks again, ladies! :) You ROCK!
I am preparing for my big move--so that has added a totally new piece of busy into my world! For those of you who don't know, I am moving back home to Colorado next month. We have been in Texas for 3 years and I really like Houston--it's just not home. I miss my family and friends something terrible and it just became very apparent that I need to go back. The "icing on the cake" so to speak --was Hurricane season last fall....ummmmmmmmmm--yeppers--that did it! A hurricane is like nothing I have ever experienced before---it is really hard to describe because it is such intense weather and WIND that it will have you curled in a ball like a baby. Despite all of that-- the destruction it causes is so alarming--ripping trees from their roots and all. I have always felt such empathy for those who had to endure Hurricane Katrina--and our Hurricane Ike was nowhere near the devastation they had to suffer!
After the actual storm--we were without power for 2 1/2 weeks--it was insane. My son told me "Mom, I want to go back to Colorado" I asked him why and he said he never wants to go through another Hurricane ever again--lol--he said the weather here SUCKS! I told him that there is bad weather in Colorado too--blizzards...he said "Well at least after a blizzard your house is still standing!".....sometimes kids hit the nail right on the head don't they? LOL--Don't get me wrong, Blizzards can cause damage just as well--but I actually miss the snow (ACK!--can't believe I'm saying that!) Anyone who knows me knows I have 3 fears in life:

1. Drowning/Deep Water
2. snakes
3. Driving in the snow

I am fine with the snow as long as I don't have to drive in it--then I get all panicky--sweaty palms and the whole 9--lol--but I LOVE to look at it. There is nothing like being snowed in with the ones you love while a pretty white blanket of snow covers the ground....cup of hot chocolate, roaring fire...a good board game...ahhhhh the simple things :) gotta love it!
Sooooo--back home we go! Can't wait! My shops will go into vacation mode while we are moving and while I get settled in set up back home--but not for long! I'll be back up and running before ya know it. I'll keep you posted on when it will actually happen--but it won't be for at least another month! Still got bags to make! I refuse to pack up my sewing room until the very last minute!!!!

Twitterphobia...

I'm afraid to Twitter.
LOL
Seriously...I have Twitterphobia. Why you ask? It already feels like I spend 98.75% of my time with some sort of electronic device at my fingertips or on my ear.....what would happen if I start Twitter-ing???? MAN!-- I don't think I would ever be able to finish making a purse! I'm always on the computer plus, I'm not really a "text-er", I like to TALK on my phone--plus I have one of the ancient keypads where you have to hit the button 4 times to type an "S"....(who's laughing with me???) hee hee hee

It took me 3 years to blog, so I guess that by 2012 when everyone else is on to the next new thing, I will then be Twitter-ing! LOL!
In all reality, I know I will be soon (a Twitter-er) it is (as the rest of the technology) irresistible..
As soon as I get my new pink phone this fall--. Besides, after so many people ask you "Do you Twitter?" You will. (Thus the blog, lol))
Now, I must get back to the purses-- I am working on a ton of customs and still sketching that new wallet design! :)

Hypernoodle from my heart...

So, most of you already know what "Hypernoodle" but people still ask me so for those who don't know--here is the breakdown...
"Noodle" is actually my son's nickname from birth. My friend actually started calling him that because he was trying to crawl very early and he looked like a wet noodle trying to do it! Then he started trying to walk very early and it was funny watching his legs wobble (like a wet noodle) as he was trying to stand up and move. Over the months and years many adjectives have been added in front of the "Noodle"--when he was in diapers it was "PoopyNoodle" when he started eating by himself it was "MessyNoodle", when he was just being his little adorable self it was "CutieNoodle". He was a magnificent, bright, happy little boy who excelled in everything he did was putting together sentences and 4 year old puzzles when he was 18 months so then he was "SmartNoodle" because the "Noodle" was also a name for his noggin/brain....then...IT happened.....vaccination time...Now--don't get me wrong, I am NOT anti-vaccination by any means. I think vaccinations are a good thing and they have saved many lives over the years--however, I don't think that our children should be given all of those live viruses at one time--it is too much for their little immune systems to handle. The "one size fits all" policy the CDC recommends for childhood vaccinations does NOT work for every child! If the immune system is compromised at the time of vaccination for any reason--pumping a live virus into it certainly isn't (in my opinion) going to be a good thing! I found out years later that giving your child Tylenol (as some doctors suggest for comfort with the shots) on the day of vaccinations weakens their immune system! I am not going to get into the politics of vaccinations here--I know with some people it is a very sensitive subject and I know some people want us parents to "get off of" the vaccination causes Autism train because the Government keeps telling us that vaccinations do NOT cause Autism................ummmmmmm, the Government used to tell us that smoking didn't cause cancer either! HELLO!!!! I don't think the vaccinations cause Autism, but I firmly and strongly believe they trigger it---1 in 150 children has a form of Autism----all I can tell you is that I saw the life literally sucked out of my child within 24 hours of his vaccination at 18 months. I liken it to a vacuum being put on top of his head and turned on...it is the most bizarre and emotionally painful thing for a parent to witness. He was diagnosed with Mild Autism at the age of 3. I was on a mission from the time that happened to "get him back" so with many years of therapy/treatment and early use of vitamin supplements he is still a magnificent, bright, happy BIG boy--lol--doing his very best to function in a world with all of us "typical" folks! He was "upgraded" (if you will) from Mild Autism to the more clinical name Aspergers when he was 8 years old (which is basically an extremely high functioning version of Autism). He is just awesome and I love him the mostest!
Now, the "Hyper" part was added onto the "Noodle" by my family & husband. When I started making purses and was introduced to Etsy by my friend Dawn (thanks, Dawn!!) I was trying to think of a business name and "Noodle" was an obvious choice. So at first it was just going to be called "Noodles"and then one day my aunt said to me "WHERE does your mind come up with all of these things?!??!" and I told my husband and he said "Well, you do have an overactive mind!" and then it clicked------

overactive mind----overactive----overactive---hmmmm--overactive---HYPER!

Wooooo Hooooo!
I'm so glad to this day that that is the name I choose, I wanted it to be fun and it fits me and the purses to a "T". I didn't want it to be my actual name either so that people weren't walking around with a bag with my name in it somewhere-- even though I designed, created and constructed it--the customer was still buying it and why should you have to carry a bag with my name in/on it? (more on that later--lol)
So that is the meaning of Hypernoodle...it is truly from my overactive mind to your hands....one bag at a time! LOL

Purses galore...

I am working on a bunch of new listings for the Etsy shop--
I hope to have some done within the next few days. I had some custom orders and a boutique order that I was working on but I am done with those now so it is time for more purses!

It is Hypernoodle's **BIRTHDAY**---Woooooo Hooooo! I opened my Etsy Hypernoodle shop in October of 2007, but I didn't start selling until March of 2008. So for the next few weeks in celebration of Hypernoodle's birthday (yes, I know it is now April and I have missed the mark-lol), I will be having special surprises for those Etsy customers who place an order! (I love surprises!!) It is all part of my customer appreciation montage because "I love and appreciate all of my customers!!"

I've got my Etsy fabric shop open as well--it is called Hypernoodle2...FabricNoodle! I've got some great deals on fabric by the bolt, if you are needing some Michael Miller prints you should check it out. here's a link... www.hypernoodle2.etsy.com

Back to the purse-makin'!

Mr. Froggy...

Hey all!
I'm trying to get in control/have a better schedule of this blogging thing--lol--I'll get it together one day!
So, I've had a couple of people ask me at the Froggy picture on the right over yonder...
I love Froggies which is pretty miraculous seeing as how I used to be scared of them when I was little.
There is a mama and a baby frog that live outside my house "somewhere" (still haven't figured out where! although I know it has something to do with the flower bed in front of out house because that is where they always "enter and exit") and they come to my porch to visit frequently. I go out there all the time just to check if they are there. But they only come 1) At night (with no porch light on) and 2) when it is warm. I have named the little one "Mr. Froggy"--lol--I am convinced he is some re-incarnated person because of how often he comes to see me. He will literally come all the way to my front door and just sit there waiting for me to come out. A few months back when I opened the door he JUMPED right in my house. It was pretty funny, my son had to help me get him out because he didn't want to leave! So after that, I started opening the door and jumping out and closing the door really fast behind me.....(disaster story coming in 5,4,3,2....) So about 3 weeks ago I opened the door (no porch light remember), popped out and quickly started to shut the door behind me when I felt some resistance---the weather stripping is loose on out front door so I was SURE that's what it was...I was WRONG! --Welp, Mr. Froggy was trying to jump in as I was closing the door and I almost SMOOSHED him in my front door-----Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh--I was a WRECK! I mean I cried like a newborn child. I thought for sure he was a goner~ Luckily, only his leg was a little smooshed--but it was sooooo sad because he was "limp" jumping with his little smooshed leg, he was having a really hard time. He backed up against the wall and just sat there looking at me like "Whhhhyyyy did you DO tha to me?!?!?!" I ran inside (could barely see from the tears) and grabbed a magazine, came back out and scooped him up on it. I took him back to the flower bed where I gently sat him down. Then I sat there are cried some more. I was so upset!
It took my husband about an hour of trying to convince me that he would be fine because he was an amphibian and he would heal back just fine. I was still crying and leery.
Needless to say, I didn't see Mr. Froggy for about 2 weeks---no sign of him or his mommy what soever. Then one day my sister went out and Mr. Froggy AND his mamma were outside waiting--my sister came inside snickering "Mr. Froggy's back and he brought his mom!--they DO NOT look happy!" I ran outside and told them (Yes, you read it right--I TALK to the frog's that live outside my house) that is was an accident and not to be scared because I don't want to hurt them. They accepted my apology because now everything is back to normal! They are back to visiting a couple of night a week! Yaaaayyy
Soooo, that is the story of Mr. Froggy...I am really going to miss him when we move this summer! :(
The Froggy illustration on the right was done by a wonderful artist named Natalie Dee. If you click on the picture it will take you to her website. She is HILARIOUS--I love her! I actually found her work through a wonderful woman I met on Etsy and became totally addicted to her work! A note of warning--Some of her comics are a bit un-PC--but that's why I love them! LOL--if we live in a world were we can't laugh at ourselves, we are in sad, sad shape. So I truly love her work because most of her comics are things we all experience/feel but don't talk about!...and some of them are just fun and silly! Check her out, she ROCKS!

Swamp Thing...

Welp, looks like I won't be moving the purse listings to Artfire anytime soon!
I'm SWAMPED with projects! I love it--it is awesome, my brain never stops churning with things I'm doing, want to do, need to do and so on and so on--lol...HEY~~ that is the essence of "Hypernoodle"! I'm working on a couple of new designs for bags and toying with making a different style wristlet and yet another wallet. Those things are in the infantile stages of development, but the bags are coming along nicely! I'd like to make some Plushies too~they are so much fun!
Anyhoo, I really want to take the time to devote to building the Artfire shop just like I did Etsy and since I don't have the time to put 110% into it right now, I'm just going to leave well enough alone until later.
The main reason is because I will be moving back home on the range to Colorado this June (less than 2 months! Yikes!) And I don't know how many of you can identify with a cross country, u-haul ridin' move across the country--but it is quite a chore. I've done it 3 times now--from CO to Arizona then back to CO again. And then from CO here to Houston 3 years ago. One good Hurricane season in Houston (after Ike last September) and I was ready to GO! lol--A hurricane and its aftermath is one of the most bizarre things I have ever lived though--after it was over, my son said he would take a good old Colorado Blizzard anyday over a Hurricane and I must admit, I wholeheartedly agree! Soooo, with all the planning, packing, arrangements that need to be made--my family, the Etsy shop, the Artfire shop, the Etsy fabric shop and my real job and all the other misc things that are involved with a cross country move (besides keeping up with the day to day) I won't have the adequate time to devote to Artfire until after the move. :(

But, no worries, I will still have new listings up in the Etsy store up until the point that I pack away the sewing machine (oh, woe is ME--I can't even THINK about it!!!) and I have a wonderful "customer appreciation" **surprise** coming soon! Stay tuned!

I'm going to totally get on top of this blog thing and do my "Hypernoodle" defined and also my "fabric love" posts that I said were coming soon---but first....I must blog about Mr. Froggy...hee hee hee...coming tomorrow...G'nite!

My customers are the best!

My customers are truly the best~you guys are sooooo awesome!!

All of your emails and convos this last week have been so sweet and touching (thump, thump goes my heart!) I am so blessed to have each and every one of you cross my path and I am so happy that I have been able to share purse love with you!--I have been able to meet the most amazing people by making Hypernoodle's and so many are not only loyal customers, but have also become good friends--I am so, so, so, so LUCKY and I thank you all SOOOOO much!
I am truly in a happy place being able to make and create purses for you and I am so grateful that you all want a "Hypernoodle" and keep wanting them! You are a HUGE reason why I do what I do!

I deeply, deeply appreciate your love and faith in the Hypernoodle product--your kind words have meant the absolute world to me! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
Hugs from Hypernoodle :)

P.S. to AL, TM, SP and the Supergirl (LOL) no worries--I won't stop making your bags!!! :)

Not everyone likes Martha Stewart either....

So, I got my first "Negative" feedback today...no worries!
My Grandma always said "You can't please everybody all of the time!" And there is so much truth in that statement! No matter how much we wish that no one will criticize our work--sooner or later....its a' comin'!!!!! And ya know what????? C'est magnifique (translation It's all good~lol)

Not everyone likes Martha Stewart either, but she carries on! People told Picasso he was a nut...and he carried on...people thought Andy Warhol's work was "too out there" and "ridiculous looking" and he carried on...The chefs on 'Top Chef' get dogged by the judges sometimes on the food they make...and they carry on...the Project Runway designers get trampled on in forums and blogs about how ugly and "not together" their designs look...and they carry on--And that's what I'm going to do! Do you think LeAnn or Christian from Project Runway never had anyone who didn't like their work? They most certainly did, and there is ALWAYS going to be someone who doesn't like what you have done.
I was always suspicious of the Etsy shops that had ALL positive feedbacks--like there is NO ONE who didn't like it?? NO ONE??? We've all had a case of buyers remorse at some point in time! Then you tend to notice that they have sold 2,500 items but only have 1,200 positive feedbacks---so ummmm yeah--the odds are pretty high that someone was not likin' it somewhere out of those 1,300 people that didn't leave feedback!

Handmade is handmade it is not mass produced or sewn on a commercial machine. You have to "MAKE IT WORK" in the infamous word of Tim Gunn (whom I love), but you can't make it work for 100% of the people 100% of the time!
It is original and creative and laboriously stitched with two hands-- Hey, when someone attacks your handi-work, it stings~I'm not going to lie about that~ BUT why be angry? I'm not perfect and don't profess to be by any means! Let's be honest, I am sure that there are others who may have purchased my bags that didn't like them either, they just didn't leave feedback--but the majority of my customers do! You like what you like and you can't be downed for that or made to feel bad for expressing your opinion. I do wish the buyer would have contacted me about what he felt looked "Handmade" but srsly...all my bags are handmade--they are original and aren't meant to look commercially produced-
I have a ton of feedback where customers are praising Hypernoodle purses saying they look 100% BETTER than the picture! I am not a photographer at all and think my pictures look pretty suck-y, actually...too dark sometimes...to light others and not showing enough detail--so the fact that someone actually thought the PICTURE was better than the PURSE itself this time is actually pretty funny to me! Oh well--it is pointless to be bitter and is not going to get ya anywhere or solve anything... I still love making them and I offer the same customer service to that buyer that I do to everyone else--because you can't please everybody all the time~~ so you can't be a hypocrite and be bitter to the ones who aren't happy and nice to the ones who are. That's what business is about! With me, everyone still gets the same high level of customer service!

But more importantly, the much brighter side to all of this is that I think my 300+ positive feedbacks and the multiple repeat customers I have (love ya!) who own 2, 3, 4 and 5 Hypernoodle purses--speak much higher volumes about my work!

Grandma is a wise woman and I give her kudos for preparing me for the inevitable...I still love, love, LOVE it and its not going to stop me from Hypernoodlin' for all my customers who love 'em! :) I mean imagine what the world would be like if every creative person was defeated everytime someone didn't like their work?!?!?!
I mean, Martha Stewart didn't throw in the towel everytime someone said she sucked! She dusted the knock down dirt off and did it again! (thanks, Martha! you ROCK!)

We'll we're movin on upppppp, to the skkkkkyyyy (or should I say out?)

Hey ya'll! :)
I have been needing for MONTHS to get my own personal website up and running. Since that is not happening (LOL), I have been concentrating on my Etsy store because the sales have been so wonderful! I have a full time regular job in addition to two Etsy stores and business has been great so I barely sleep! LOL--I love it--absolutely LOVE IT because creating is so much in my blood--but I also realize I've gotta slow it down too!
So, until I get my own personal website up and running (hello--expensive!--lol) I'm in the process of switching my Etsy listings to Artfire!
If you're not aware of Artfire, it is a new "Buy Handmade" shop much like Etsy. I opened my Artfire shop a couple of weeks ago the day I started this blog and have been toying with switching my listings over for the last 2 weeks. I decided last weekend to hit the green light and "go" so to speak because I made a sale on Artfire! Wooo Hooo! Plus, after analyzing the fees that Etsy charges and how much I have been spending to list, re-list and sell items, it seemed like a no-brainer! There are no listing or selling fees on Artfire~~and this is especially important to me and YOU because I can lower the costs on my items so I don't have to make up for the monies that need recouping in Etsy fees.
Don't get me wrong, I love Etsy and it has been a tremendous experience. I opened my Etsy account in October 07, but didn't become a seller and start selling until March of 08 --so in a years time, I have sold almost 400 items!
I'm realistic--I don't expect to sell that much on Artfire because for now, it is still Beta and it doesn't get nearly as much traffic as Etsy does--but everyone's got to start somewhere! I'm sure when Etsy opened they were small and there was not alot of traffc there! I am willing to give it a shot because Artfire has so many great features and a "Rapid Cart" system that makes it MUCH easier for customers to get through the checkout process! Plus with my personal website, I am really going to get more into fabric sales (more later on that!) so I wanted this venue for the purses and accesories~
So to all my loyal customers and any potential new ones...I am still keeping my Etsy shop open, but if it looks bare...no worries!----Look to Artfire for most of my new listings. Here is a link direct to my Artfire shop.... http://hypernoodle.artfire.com/

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah....I know...

Allright! I give in already!
Waaaaahhhhhhh
After avoiding it for the last 3 years, I am going to blog...are you happy all of you "do you blog?" "What's your blog address?" people? --thanks for the push! :)
After an internal struggle to figure out if I was interesting enough AND trying to figure out when I am going to have time to blog AND what to blog about AND trying to figure out how I am going to avoid my love of the run-on-sentence that glues my fingers to the letter keys and avoids all statement ending punctuation like the plague becuase I can't seem to type a period unless it is to continue a run on sentence like this...catch my drift?
ACK--a question mark!!!!! And an exclamation point!!!!! Which is my favorite slice of punctuation pie by the way! Get used to it-- I use exclamation points so much somebody once asked me "Is everything really that exciting?" Ummmmm, no---but I am Hyper and that is normally how I talk. A friend of mine encouraged me to blog because she said I type exactly how I talk and it would be a "hoot" to read. (a "hoot"?) hmmmmmm
Anyhoo--I hope you can weed through the run-on-sentences and punctuation abuse and neglect to enjoy The life and times of The Hypernoodle...
